I’m Jonathan D’Mello, a product designer with twenty years of experience leading and building design at Solv Health, Observe.AI, SignEasy, and Practo. Earlier in my career, I developed products at Cleartrip, Directi, and Pinstorm.

Design has always been more than just a job—it’s how I understand the world and aim to improve it. I believe good design should lead to better outcomes: for people, teams, and businesses. That belief, combined with a strong sense of curiosity and care, has guided my journey.

I see design as both a craft and a system. I stay close to the problem, ask questions, and look for the big leap—not just the next step. To me, good design helps people trust, understand, and act in their favor. It scales and endures because it’s clear and sincere. I adapt my process depending on the problem.
