Solv Health is an on-demand digital healthcare platform that enables convenient, quality healthcare for millions of people in the USA. I led the product design of the healthcare marketplace and the design of Solv OS, the enterprise application for urgent care providers, administrators, and operators.
Observe.AI, Head of Design
2018-2021
Observe.AI enhances business customer service using artificial intelligence for voice conversations. As Founding Designer and Head of Design, I led design of all products, with a focus on applying machine learning technologies to improve operations for agents, supervisors, and quality analysts.
Practo, Head of Design
2012-2017
I was the Founding Designer and Head of Design at Practo, the leading healthcare platform in India, for 5 years. My role was to oversee all product design, aiming to use design as a key driver for strategic growth. During my time, I helped grow our platform from nothing to partnering with over 100,000 doctors and reaching millions of patients.
SignEasy, Design Lead
2017
SignEasy's mission is to help people be more productive without chasing paperwork. As Lead Designer, I focused on redesigning products to support new features to help scale for the enterprise market. By infusing complex features into our simple design ethos, I expanded our market reach while maintaining user-friendly interfaces.
